I just got off the phone with Stephen in regards to our home inspection. It looks like everything is in working order! In fact, it passed with flying colors! All of the major items had been replaced or repaired within the past 5-6 years. That is pretty darn awesome! Which means, we won't even need to do anything to the house in like 10 years.All we are waiting on now is approval from the bank and to get insurance on the home. :)
